The Green Stuff

Ash is progressing with new solid foods. Here's an early experience with avocado.


Slightly unsure about this funky green slice . . .


But, like everything else in his life, its worth sticking in his mouth at least once

Tasty, but leaves a mess on your hands.... ewwwwww

Shy, sometimes, but not modest

A: So, uh, mom . . . Why am I bathing in the sink? This is new.


M: Don't worry about it, kiddo, just enjoy.

A: But you know I'm naked, right? And in front of a window?

A: . . .

M: Dude, you're a baby. You've never cared.

A: Oh yeah, right! Now get outta here, I want to play!

The Kitchen Sink

For rash-related reasons, Ash needed a few baths in the kitchen sink. He LOVED it!!! I think we've got a few more pics, so I'll try to dig 'em up and post tonight.

Developmental updates: Ash CRAWLS! He's only getting 2-4 "crawls" per go before he crashes, but he's definitely got the movement down.  And he log rolls and army crawls like a champion.

And, he's able to sit up on his own now. Mom got quite a surprise when she found him sitting up in his crib the other night. Good boy, Ash . . . keep it up!
